Helpful video mate. Cheers. Just installing a GME XRS 330c now. Just curious why you used the adaptors on the coaxial cable and on the unit? As the coaxial cable has a FME connection on it, can’t it just be plugged/tightened right into the unit, without the adapters?

gona install mine soon aswell. did you use the 12v socket for power ?

I just ran mine to my auxiliary battery in the engine bay. I liked the idea of running it with the car off when camping and the kids have handhelds or waiting for someone at a camp

baba L not really. You can pick up power from the 12v socket for power, or with a piggy back fuse holder, into your fuse box. Just search ‘piggy back fuse holder’. You’d have to ground it somewhere too, which isn’t that hard, just pick up a screw or bolt attached to chassis. Running the antenna wire isn’t too hard if you mount it to the front. Gets tricker if you mount it in the back or roof rack
