The (H) in Hagia is not pronounced. Shawarma is the Israeli/Arab name for the vertically cooked kebab. The Turkish name is Döner. Etymology per Wikipedia: Shawarma is an Arabic rendering of the Ottoman Turkish çevirme (چيويرمى) ([tʃeviɾˈme], "turning"), referring to the turning rotisserie. (19:39) shows Baklava and not Turkish delight (lokum).

@@rockiesventures1991 I know that Georgia exports lamb to arab countries.Arabs are very good experts in lamb.But they can not rise lamb because they mostly live in desert! And I am for exploding to other countries! Georgia has everything to become one of the biggest supplier of lamb and goat! Among with Australia and New Zeland! But georgian lamb is much vore affordable!!!
