Excited to see another one from you guys! You guys have been a big inspiration for me since visiting UTSA years ago.
I believe I was a sophomore in college when you visited. My sister was still in high school. After you performed 2300 degrees, I showed it to my younger sister. She loved it so much she asked me to perform it with her for her senior recital in college.
Thank you for playing my music so beautifully! Your artistry and voice as musicians is truly inspiring, it was an honor writing for you both!
Excellent!
Brilliant, inspiring, scintillating, exemplary. Cheers to the performers and the composer. Going to show this to people when they ask me what a marimba is.
Awesome playing, interpretation, audio mix, and video!!! Dang!
emanating fr
so dope
beautiful playing and environment!
Escape ten on🔝
Outstanding, Bravo!!!
I always love listening to this duo, keep up the good work!
This was fantastic!
Love this! I just discovered your music about a month ago and I got so excited when I saw Escape Ten had dropped a new video. Absolutely blown away!
WOO!! This is amazing you two! Absolutely incredible artistry 🔥🤩
Wow..your percussion instrument sounds amazing man..🎉🎉🎉never heard it being played that way before..
every so often this makes its way back into my youtube feed and it impresses me now as much as it did 7 years ago i've always wondered if the B flat crotale was intentionally tuned to be flat or not, it almost gives the melody an ethereal sound
Esto es tremendamente hermoso. The galaxy is happy that this happens inside of her.
Nice
Very good ❤
Fascinante.
Reminds of Rainbow in Curved air, adding conversations beautiful and dramatic, sweet and harsh. Beautiful...
killin’
I don't know how many times I've been back to this one ...
Stunning performance and recording
Performed beautifully at Oberlin! Maybe in King??
in a way is sounds like mickey hart from grateful dead circa 1985. but there is no looping and no delay. this is very kool.
That was incredibly beautiful. Absolutely incredible work 👏👏🤌
Such a fabulous performance of a beautiful work !! If you want to check out a different version check this one out ruclips.net/video/meTFz_2Qu98/видео.html
Creo que las amo.
Son increíbles, las amo tantooooooo!!!
incredible and beautiful. i don't think i've ever seen anything so tightly articulated in my life. serene and stimulating at the same time.
I know this video is really old in internet years but I come back to it every year or so, just to remind myself how far this instrument can be taken, so I never become complacent in my playing or lose inspiration. Honestly this is one of those things that keeps me going, and I cannot thank you guys enough for just being incredible at what you do.
Hey i know it's been a couple years since this comment was posted. But I do the same and keep coming back to this video. If you haven't yet, check out Jisu Jung's interpretation of Ewazen's Northern Lights. It too is pretty magical
I got so happy when you started playing each others sharp bars :D
Start from 3:23 NICE!!!!!!!!!!❤
2:18
Only discovered this yesterday. If I could like ti more than once, I would. Wonderful music. I'm particular fond of the part between 2.29 and about 3.00
Thank you for the indescribable mental adventures produced by your video! So fun, so interactive and so NOT permutation central. I hadn’t seen this one! Thank you!!
I love everything about this. Simply sublime in every way and manner.
So fascinating...
Is this in Celsius or Fahrenheit?
I fell into a trance after 4:00
beautiful playing
What a wonderfull masterpiece. Beautiful.
This is just such and over-the-top beautiful piece. Your performance of it takes us to some fantasy magical world Andrea, Annie. Thank you for your performance, -Stephen, from Edmonton, Canada
this is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever heard
Demasiado bello celestial!!
Absolutamente bella esa música!!
wonderful performance, brilliant music, thank you 🙏❤️
For all the incredible musicianship and artistry on display here, remember that someone had to *write* that amazing piece. And people say "serious" music is finished. No.
Musical ideas are running out. Listen to "catching shadows" and "into the air" by ivan trevino. They aren't exactly the same but they have similarities throughout all of them. Ideas are running out.
@@chrisg6492thats just cause ivan writes like that, hes a drumset player so he has very similar ideas
@@Cube-sb9tp but the point is, musical ideas are running out. They really are. Every new song is another melody that has been taken. Less and less melodies are available to write as time goes on. Write music while you still can. Everyone should take advantage of it.
@@chrisg6492 I think this is completely false. Bach took all of our tonal melodies and yet people continue to write music in major and minor keys 300 years later. now think about all of the scales we haven't used yet, all of the standard modes Pop music hasn't used yet and how they could. think of all the atonal music that hasn't even had thousands of years to develop. in thousands more years, think of all of the microtonal music that hasn't been discovered. now leaving melody aside, think of all of the different soundscapes we have yet to discover and implement them all in each scenario previously stated. so no, we are not running out.
Beautiful, Andrea, Annie. Great writing, great playing. Elegant interlocking lines. The green vibraphone must be a set of Omega Vibes? Keep it up! -Stephen, from Edmonton
