Incredibly long overdue in resolving this issue. It cast a long shadow over the company for ages. It's one significant step forward in saving the company. Pleased to hear this but there is still much more to do to restore trust and attract investors. Hopefully no plans to RS? Does JM have a lock-in period for his equity?
