You really don't need any special shakes to lose weight (but great if they help you feel better!). I'm on my own weight loss journey and it's working fine with a calorie counting app. I didn't change anything at first and just measured what my usual eating habits are, then slowly worked on reducing that amount by 100 or 200 calories over a period of time. Not too much at once so I could get used to slow changes. And then also slowly started implementing exercise into my routine. Cycling or swimming is great when you're on the heavier side, because running while being a bigger person can be bad on the joints. Herbalife is also an MLM (Multi Level Marketing company), so don't get yourself sucked into selling for them. The only people who earn money via that sales structure are those at the very top levels, and they earn it through their downline more than sales. If you want to earn money with that kind of company you'll have to start it yourself.
