How do you make it?
The beak is made of foam on the outside and has a skeleton made of thermoplastic inside, attached with velcro to the mask. The iris of the eyes and the visor are cutouts of a 7-Up bottle. The headset is an actual discarded headset wrapped in foam. The head remains pointy because I'm wearing a cone-shaped hat of foam inside the mask. The reflector is a foam hexagon with one of those green jelly packages in the center. The weapon is a combination of cardboard, foam, stickers, and reflective tape, holstered in vinyl. The tail has long cardboard pieces wrapped in lycra, attached with velcro. And the rest are clothes, mostly army.
