I feel the next step is determined by the two.tein souls and the choices they made. If they made Choices like Ram Sita, Radha Krishna - they stay separated in that lifetime and can't do their physical joint soul purpose work. If they stay together like Shiv Shakti, they do the joint soul purpose work as an united couple, where sometimes they have to go through life challenges and separation too. When people use someone else's poor choices as an excuse for their own lying or cheating; that also usually is a tactic of people who don't authentically love their partners or who aren't even seeking any authenticity in their connections; and these are also traits of those who genuinely don't have remorse for their emotional cheating repercussions on the partners or any disloyalty shown to a loyal non cheating partner. If she was not gaslighting him, and she too was sincerely invested in the relationship; and all she needed was apologies and changes from him to work on their marriage; then she would have authentically spoken about the Snapchat communication, and also the later discovered phone call ones. But the beauty of the intricate work emerges only because of the artistic skills of the weaver in understanding how to weave different threads of different colors and how to weave them into the right patterns for the beautiful design to emerge eventually. Likewise when we knit some cap scarf, etc. - the knitter understands which colors or shapes can be used to knit together into a particular pattern, design, structure, etc. Similarly during the ascension process we have to join and merge our lives together with other people and knit or weave together a cohesive beautiful life together with them collectively; in order that we can coexist together in different kinds of groups and social structures. That's why when people are in the ascension journey they have started posting online videos about some of their purposes that they are meant to work on at the individual and collaborative or collective scales with others. And in these videos some are trying to teach and educate others, some provide healing of the body, some provide mental or emotional health related therapies, some are working on societal or social health issues, some on spiritual health societal progression, etc. Because healing is one first stage of the journey (so many are involved in the process of this aspect) and when we are ill we have to first heal that which is diseased in us. Likewise if we have toxic for health- personal, social or societal health related thought processes and systems in place in life- first we have to heal the misconceptions or false belief systems surrounding those toxic paradigms; and end those paradigms that don't serve us or social or societal good. That's why there is so much ascension surrounding healing from the personal to the global levels. Those who are involved in the spiritual healing process - also are involved with religion related beleif systems and structures and processes- because anyone who has strong religious beliefs now has the next step of understanding the deeper aspects of their religion & it's core beleif systems, and also God's divine plan for that religion's existence and propagation - and less focus on simply the basic rituals of a particular religion. And if someone focuses on rituals of a religion, one has to deeply understand that at a deeper soul level too. For example, in Hinduism, currently we had Durga Puja and Diwali is coming up- and in these festivals a lot of lamps, diyas, incense sticks are lit for ritualistic purposes. In Diwali we light a lot of firecrackers too for a few days. And while I love firecrackers and missed the ambience of a firecracker lit few days of Diwali function when in US, now lately after moving back to India and living and re-experiencing Diwali time here, I value the silent less fire cracker use Diwali of US too. This importance of not doing activities that impact our physical health; I understood more during the corona virus pandemic. And the pandemic was an obstacle and challenge sent to humanity to understand the places where humanity is doing activities globally that aren't health sustaining & are health harming instead. Because the virus being a respiratory illness primarily was impacting our lungs first (those who are in poor lung health or cardiovascular health system was failing, they have poorer health outcomes if their cardiovascular system and respiratory system got over loaded by inhaling more smoke from firecrackers or festival activities related air pollution). Then our body being an intricately designed one, the virus also impacted for others some other body organs as well; which has led to long covid symptoms to exist for some as well. And pandemic or long covid is a way for humanity to wake up to what we are doing wrong in our lives that is ruining our body and overall health.. And it was a challenge sent to humanity to understand globally how we can improve the wuality of life and health for everyone on earth. But while some aspects of the virus's direct impact on health was resolved during the pamdemic; the adpects that still need some global resolutions have led to the long covid symptoms (or recurrent health rehospitalizations or viral illnesses) too for other patients. This is also a part of the ascension, awakening process we have to heal, change and shift globally and individually and collectively. But only when people can understand what are the good wuality of life and health parameters can we collectively solve the health problems related to physical, mental, social, societal, spiritual, financial, and other layered adpects of health and quality of life for all. The virus impacted the health of many, but the ones who it impacted with death or severe illness or long covid happened for those who had deeper health problems than simple a virus impacting their health; and hence their health problmes were at a deeper level. And the deeper level probelms in their health factors (related to physical, mental, social, societal, financial health impacting factors) are usually the root causes of the multiple level health problems in someone, then leading to the fatal consequences of the pandemic or the long term symptoms in others And the challenges related to all mutliole levels of health need different kinds of healers, guides or problem solvers. And when we are awakening, God wishes to send the right soul aligned guidances to all of us; and most times they are present both physically or spiritually in our lives. But it takes us a while and some deeper spul searching and discernment to understand which are the right guidances and solutions to the problems and challenges that are currently existing on earth. The challenges and obstacles we are awakening to first, so that we can eventually and slowly start resolving them.

English Translation ( and some additional information too) continuation from Description: While before going to Vipassana I realised that I had some anger issues (with fractured & broken relationships of the past); during the session I realised there was more hidden anger present in me, that needed to be addressed. And this anger energy from this life (or past life experiences) was the subconscious kind, that came up via the intense heat I felt in the second part of the Vipassana Meditation 10 day journey. Now apart from my own primary anger issues related heat, there were also secondary and tertiary reasons for some of the other heat I felt on some of the different days of the session. For example, the food that was given in that center, was not completely Satvic and spice free like how Vipassana food was originally structured to be. Hence the hot chilies based food prepared in the center (by possibly the Maharashtrian cooking style), was the cause of the stomach & gastric heat problems I faced in the session too. And the tertiary reasons for feeling heat that caused some sweating on some of the days, was also from the increased humidity in the atmosphere, which arose as a result of the humidity caused by impending rains, that eventually happened during the 10 day period. Now having experienced different kind of heat energy from Vipassana and other sources like past relationships where i understood the heat energy of sexual energy too; that's why when i felt the unusual source and type of heat energy during the twin flame experience; I understood that it was likely a twin flame body merge experience - where I was feeling someone else's energy of anger in the form of heat energy. In the begining of the video I do describe that some of the symptoms I experienced that I am considering as part of body or soul merge experience with the twin flame- may not be the right description either. ( Which happened later on, once I also found other insights regarding ascension too- on this new video to be posted in 2024- Edited comment). And in the comments I want to clarify too that people may wish to use their own discernment to understand what they are experiencing, if it was legitimately outside their body or soul's experience or if it was their own experience too partly or entirely. Because in the end of the video that's why I was guided to also speak about obstacles and challenges that people can face in the twinflame, ascension or awakening journeys. And in this obstacles or challenges, one can get involved in some spiritual warfare or black magic related energies too; especially when we have given reign to too much of darkness related thoughts or other experiences. As a result during some phases of ascension or awakening or twin flame journey, one can experience certain darker energies too, which could be outside of our own inherent body or soul energy. And if or when we lose sight of God or our spiritual path, some darker energies can end up influencing those who maybe empathetically or spiritually getting into some darkness. That's why when in the awakening to Twin flame journey, it is necessary that we start daily practices to reconnecting back to God and God's ways to counteract and get help with the darkness inside of us or the darkness outside that may try to gain access to us. Hence, the video that I made was partly in darkness, because I was in one of the darker realities (and also going through healthcare challenges where too much of indoor florescent light was bothering my health). There was a phase of a few years when I had lost sight of God's ways, and whoever I got accidentally or mistakenly connected to while exploring the twin flame journey, also ended up influencing some of my darker aspects of different health experiences. Hence both Brahma and Saraswati are needed to work in unison for creation. The preserver God is Vishnu, whose divine counterpart is Lakshmi the Goddess of Abundance, wealth and prosperity; and without having abundance, wealth and prosperity in our lives we cannot continue preserving the human lives and evolutionary process of our living conditions. And again without Vishnu and Lakshmi taking steps together ( Just like their earthly Avatar of Krishn and Radha) -the right God aligned things about life can't preserve and continue onwards. While the destroyer God is Shiva; whose divine counterpart is Shakti, the energy needed to destroy demons and evils in the universe. But without balanced Shiva Shakti- we won't have the Shakti/power energy and knowledge - of spirit realm that Shiva usually resides with - one can't bring in the right destruction necessary to keep the cosmos in balance for all. In the time of ascension, when people are awakening to their own life and soul purpose, be it twin flames or regular people with other soul purposes, all of us are ascending to some different ways of living, learning, understanding life, etc. When our masculine and feminine energies are in balance and aligned with the similar life purpose based energy sent our way; where one aspects of our lives have to function like the holy Trinity of Gods purposes mentioned above (and their balancing divine counterparts); that's when we start embodying the divine energy within us to serve and surrender to God's purpose for our ascension and awakening journey. The reason why divine feminine energy is taking the lead currently is because the universe has been in imbalance with certain masculine energy focused pursuits that are harming the current generation of humanity and other earth life forms; and have potential for greater harm in the future. Without the right balancing of feminine energies within us and collectively in society, we can't take the right steps towards ascension of the whole planet as well as evolutionary progress of humanity. Once we start understanding ourselves, our twin flames, our society, our social structures and global purposes; then only the collective awakening necessary for individual, familial, social, societal and global changes will be possible. This collective and collaborative way of understanding our lives is important for us to then collectively start helping each other see light where our shadow aspects are hindering our growth and evolutionary progress. And when we have seen the light, that's when we can start doing the inner work necessary to take us towards the path of changing some toxic or harmful patterns in our lives and lifestyles. When we aren't in alignment or when we are too much in the dark, in the twin flame journey at those times the separation between the two counterparts can happen; either physical separation or emotional and spiritual separation. Information about toxic exposure, to understand some symptoms until 26:26 min. After that massage part that helped via my personal experience. Not intended for people who have found recourse via medical help. I couldn't find the right solutions from the right doctors, hence had to come up with this massage to help displace any toxin blockages that my body was absorbing from the water and air in the environment and that accumulated in my scalp over time, leading to headaches and scaly scalp.
