I feel you. Went through a divorce with three kids and she says she just fell out of love. On top of it things at my main job were difficult because of it then also on my side job I was working easily 90hours a week and it was insane being up till 4am because of everything. But there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t ignore the feelings. Feel them. Be real about them and why you’re feeling them be realistic about what you’re causing because that gives you the control to end that portion of the pain and as far as everything else that you can’t control be real about it hurting you and that it might actually not be your fault and it very well might be things you don’t deserve but fact is you’re in it and you do have to pick it up and it’s your life you have the consequences of so you have to make it work. But as shocking as the pain can be what’s also shocking is your ability as a human being to still enjoy life itself as long as you understand and hold onto the FACT that things will change they will end. When my babies were waking up in the middle of the night I told my now ex wife “don’t worry in a month or two the kids will change” because with kids they never stay the same forever. The good doesn’t last forever but neither does the bad. This too shall pass my man and I really really appreciate the realness of this video absolutely. Dusty Slay had a great saying, “it’s a hard life but it’s easy to enjoy”. When you go to bed tonight. Just enjoy and be grateful for however you get to go to bed. If you’re in your own place, if you’re in an actual bed not on the floor. I’m not saying be grateful because someone else has it worse because that never worked for me. Instead be grateful literally for gratefulness sake. Be grateful just to be able to tell yourself that you are. Sounds insane. But it’s not. I heard my ex tell me she was cheating through texts and that she was going to keep him on the line even though she was going to continue living with me and had no plans of moving out and ended up living with me another 8-12 months after that. I still was able to enjoy my kids and be grateful that as long as she lived there I got to see my kids a lot more than I would eventually when she moved out and tried to take them so even though obviously I was miserable and exhausted from the year long battle of 90hour weeks and no relationship with my wife I was grateful that while she was there I had my kids more. Find something. Seriously find it. I’m a Christian so if you are too then there’s one thing you know you need ti focus on. If not the rest of what I said still applies. Good luck man. My grandma passed away 2 days ago so i do fell like thet. And i just want to say thet mental helath is important
