I’ve never been but have traveled to Europe Australia and Caribbean but from what I read about China now the cities are a shell of what they once were financially due to Covid and businesses leaving and the local citizenry not spending money. It all seems like one big performance. The city however does look incredible beautiful! I wish I could visit but I talk about the CCP a lot so wouldn’t be granted permission to enter
