Just watched a video of a guy in a Subaru Forester do this track looks like fun
Certainly gotten alot more challenging since I did it about 3 years ago in a stock courier on 31s without getting bogged ..
It’s funny how many people get stuck right at the start of that track 😂
Geez, what tyre pressure is that red car running? Looked like about 40 psi!
You only did half the track. The track continues to the top of the mountain to a trig point. I did it in a stock ln106 last year.

tried doing the jeep track a couple weeks ago but had some complications. spent a bit too much time in the mud at the start and it blocked up my radiator. car was overheating and had to bail home. the whole way back to dev she must have ran in the red at least a dozen times. pulled the rad out the next day and she was probably 80% blocked up with mud. thankfully the engine survived the abuse and is running smooth as silk. going to have another crack at a later date when fuel is cheaper.
Yeah we had issues after this trip, the white 80 had a death shake all the way back to George Town. No going over 40kms. Pretty keen to go back in our new 80 though.
Fuel will never be cheaper again…

Wheres the start and finish of this track? Planning a trip up later in the year and dont wanna miss it
Hey mate. Head to St Columbia falls, at Pyengana. We air down just outside the toilet block and then follow the gravel road that’s straight ahead. Keep following it and then you come to like a gravel road. Keep going straight, and that’s where the fun begins (the really tight section/muddy spot). You’ll know when you hit the end of the track, another gravel road that leads to Mt Albert road. Technically not the end of the track. But most finish there. If you follow the gravel road, you’ll see a track that leads off to the right (we didn’t get much footage in there) but it’s quite muddy) and than this brings you out into Mt Albert Road.
