Y'all need to go look at the test done with the basic 4060 i7 13 Gen 16 GB ram and one TB SSD the thing literally ran every game pretty much between 60 and over a hundred frames per second with extremely cool temperatures extremely cool The fans didn't even need to be put on turbo they could be put on media level at ultra settings on games whatever they put in this thing and I'm glad I ordered it I just have to wait till Christmas to open it up :-( but I'm glad that I got this instead of the MSI katana which is also good but it doesn't have a thunderbolt cable thing has a freaking thunderbolt cable y'all you know how important that is also it can go up to 64 gigs of round that's what I bought two 32 gig sticks and I'm adding two more terabytes of SSD so a total of three terabytes and I'm getting the i7 13th gen with a 40 70 and I saw those specs and that thing ran like a beast people get this if you can I got this for $1,099 on Amazon Black Friday now it's back up between 1500 some people have said it's $2,000 in their country so it's according to where you're at but definitely get this if you're looking for a gaming laptop that can run any game it might be 1080p but I'm going to hook mine up to a gaming monitor which most people do but 1080p is perfectly fine for me if I have to travel

And that's the other thing outgraded mine to 32 gigs but you can upgrade to 64 gigs and you can actually add a Nvidia video card to the thunderbolt outlet most gave me laptops for this price range do not have a thunderbolt input so this thing is good for 10 years if you just take care of it and upgrade it

Only a 4080 you people are stupid That's way more a 40/50 is good and a 4060 and 70 are also good you don't need a 4080 or 4090 that's overkill

I actually bought this laptop on Best Buy during their Cyber Monday sale, and it is also my first gaming laptop for $2100+ taxes and fees for $2332 for my grand total without a protection plan (I probably will regret that later, but my only location is miles away) . My old laptop just kept breaking at the hinge and I was honestly tired of having to fix it and wanted something to run games on during my free time with my friends who don't own an Xbox. It is a huge laptop, like having the laptop lay flat on my torso big for reference I am 5'8" and the mousepad is about as big as my hand from the bottom of my palm to the tips of my fingers. I wasn't expecting it to be this massive (that's what she said). But if you guys can look at the reviews before buying this, it sucks a lot of juice! So, if you plan on gaming have it plugged up, plus that tends to boost performance too. After using this for... 4 hours I can confirm it is great and very well-done solid design that I am sure will last on my everyday usage for years. But I have only found one down side to this laptop so far, where I have worked in a warehouse now for 3 years my hands have rough patches that make the trackpad feel odd and abnormally slick, while yes it's premium feeling the end result is the trackpad simply is not made for hands like mine. My hands typically are hard to use on touchscreen surfaces registering my touch and unfortunately the result is similar here, but overall, that's a circumstance issue not for the average gamer who may use a mouse etc. So my rating at this moment is 4.8 for the laptop out of 5, it's fantastic and easier to use than most laptops out of the box. However I agree, the keys need either brighter lighting or better lighting especially on the symbols near the numbers at the top of the keyboard I had to squint a bit to see that they were there. But I don't regret my purchase and I am in love with this absolute hulk of a laptop. ( I wish I saw this video before my purchase to help my decision making process but glad I found it none the less).

I just got mines RBG is on the back side of mine and it’s the scar 18 Strix scar . It’s helllla insane forreal the graphics are so nice . My screen is Mini LED 1200 Nits.

How has yours held up? I had one of these for 4 days and the SSD died on me. When i first booted it up, it seemed to struggle to boot, so maybe i had a defective unit. I got a replacement coming from Best Buy, I really like the laptop's design and it seems to run cool but i just hope I don't end up with another lemon.
