I had 9 at one time. I was fostering. But two of my older cats passed away. I had 5 kittens and found homes for them all. Two of the last cats I foster failed. At the time of fostering them, one was 5 months old. The other one I picked up a couple of years later and she was 9 months old. I still have them both. The boy is now 18 years old and the girl is 16 years old. Their foster fail stories are cool. The boy was from a family that just didn't want him anymore. The girl was a dump off from a backyard breeder. She is a pure bred Egyptian Mau. I tried finding homes for them but the potential adopters brought the boy back. They said that he was too feisty. I tried to adopt out the little girl, but she kept going into hiding and wouldn't come out and see the people that wanted to adopt her. So they stayed with me. ❤❤
