Sir , my AC is not cooling properly and showing CH 38 in the screen , when I call LG customer service they saying its because of Gas leakage . I bought AC just 2 months before.. and now they saying it will be chargable because I bought it from Flipkart and installation done JEEVES . What should I do?

ভাই আমার কাছে LG 1.5 ton 5 star আছে, আমি রাত্রে 24°C এর 40% convertible mode সেট করে ঘুমাই, কিন্তু ঘুম থেকে উঠে দেখি সেটা 40% থেকে normal mode এ চলে গেছে, এটা কি এসির কোনো সমস্যা নাকি এসি automatically শিফট করে নেয়?
