okay, so I reinstalled the game and can't find any in loot and cannot craft them with the stations in my base. I can only assume it was changed to balance health and stamina in some way. I also went to my nearby trader and they did not sell any, so they must be a rare drop meaning you'll have a small number of high quality meals. I am watching my episodes to see if I can spot plates in the kitchen menu. Edit: So, just finished scanning through the videos, It looks like I assigned a worker to the kitchen and they were making the meals for me, If your workers in the kitchen do not produce those meals then maybe you need to find plates as a rare drop.

@@weathermanmark You're welcome, 7 Days to Die did a similar thing when they changed how you get clean water. Removing jars and forcing players to build water catchers.

Hahaha, If I ever did it again, I would have the sonar on and go loud as he always agros, and tap the shield and see if that gets him to let go of the Cyclops. I also never dealt with fire again since the intro escape pod and had totally forgotten that was a mechanic... so that's another thing I would have handled smoothly on a 2nd playthrough.

I eventually see below the acid, but are you telling me I can get inside the large tank? I went looking a few times and just couldn't see an entrance hahaha.

@@8darktraveler8 Hahaha, the glass is broken, so you can swim into the tank and scan the skeleton.

@@relaxolotl_ltoloxaler Cheers, was watching the episode, I collide with the broken glass on the floor and, it kinda looks like dirty glass and I'm frantically moving and miss it due to low oxygen I imagine. Was face palming, editing Below Zero I noticed a PDA I missed due to light reflection off ice in a certain area. There's BRIGHT red lights either side of it to catch the players eyes too hahaha. Great user name by the way, family had a Mexican walking fish amongst other critters when I was young.

@@relaxolotl_ltoloxaler That's the truth, I remember reading guides as a kid for Banjo Kazooie, never managed to 100% it. We had big respect for one of our mates that did, he also recorded some of his N64 boss fights onto VCR for us to watch on movie and gaming nights.

Cheers and thank you for watching, the story does alot with minimal dialogue. The fear of the unknown really cuts deep like a well done horror/thriller. First few episodes of Below Zero will be raw like most of this series, around episode 4 I've started cutting alot of the repetitive resource collection this time around. Although in new areas, I'll leave uncut so you get a good feel for each biome. Subnautica and Below Zero are underwater survivals, so I want to leave that experience in there.

Cheers and thanks for the advice. Personally I never know how much to cut, some players enjoy seeing the tedium of resource management and the travel between areas. Although, the majority of viewers probably would prefer the best cuts. As I seem to be nearing the end of Subnautica, I probably won't cut it down too much more so the editing style doesn't drastically change. I wonder if a shorter highlights series of gameplay posted alongside the longer uncut version would could as reuploading and get me struck down?

Cheers mate, happy to have people enjoy these uploads. Playing Depth with friends and thinking some of our funny moments would've made great clips is why I started recording in the first place. Sadly Depth died off, as cheaters and us veteran players killed the experience for the few new players that came in.

Yeah, cut it too close to the burst of the vent, good thing it isn't a hardcore run. I'll have to check it I am getting power from it then, I figured the line was working through the rock but I didn't like the aesthetics of it beaming through the rock. Cheers, the meme would do the round whenever something was being mounted or built in the mine. I don't like the generator sitting on the dirt though, would've been nice to sit it on a platform.

from what i remember the power system is drained from what your first build and when that energy is drained from the bank it moves on the the second and so on. So if you make thermal or solar (if you can benefit from it) those will save you other more demanding generators like the bioreactor@@8darktraveler8

So watching my failures should be counted as a lesson in what not to do lol I'll look into the mystical gourd, was it damaged as a death save and what difficulty are you playing on? So far this is what I can find. Q: I cannot for the life of me figure out how to repair it :( . Does anyone know how? A: You don't. When it activated to save you it showed on the message how long it takes to work again. You also have to replace or heal the creature guarding you because injured creatures are unable to be summoned. I don't think it takes more than like 1 month to be active again as long as the guard creature isn't injured. I will jump on to test it out.

On lower difficulties, the damaged mythical gourd with repair after a month. Imagine that it is gathering world energy to repair itself. As for the gourd imp, when adventuring around the map, True Qi items will be collected and stored in the gourd inventory. This is separate from your cultivators inventory and can be found by clicking on the gourd in the bottom left or hitting the F key on the world map. I hope that helps you out mate. Also, it's alot of information to process, but hovering the cursor over an item will often give you the description of the item, and where to find it. Good luck and have fun :D

Cheers, old habit from RPGs, carrying every tool on me for that single instance you will need it, I'll look at the rebreather. When I make the armored suit I'll probably store the radiation suit in the moth and put the rebreather on. I'll stash the cannon in the sea moth in future, haven't recorded over the Christmas break due to family obligations. I kinda enjoy the games where opening your map or crafting doesn't pause, for the immersion of looking in a stash box and having a creeper send me to hell when I'm most vulnerable. I've been playing around with my audio at different points trying to get the right balance of mic and game audio, happy to hear whenever it doesn't sound right although I may not have the knowledge to improve it without doing more research.

Radios seemed to be the best bet, the loot ratio did appear random though, loot and zombies reset every night in this demo. Once you have a car, follow the highway and load up on the rarer parts rather than the common stuff like cloth, wood, stone and other scraps. backpacks, gun mods, gas masks have high value, a few trips and you can buy most of what you need in the nearby settlement. Being a demo, I reckon at some point the will add buildings that have more specialised loot drops.

Cheers mate, I assume I can go back and start it? Question about enemies, should blood flow like rivers from the get go or do you bide your time? Is there a way to avoid getting jumped by enemies on the world map or do foes walk a narrow path in life, destined to meet?

It's good to be back, got an SSD card and planning to install it next weekend. So I can reinstall a few games, mainly Titanfall 2 and Northstar client. Although I will be doing French courses for the next three months, to maybe this whole year. So the number of uploads will vary depending on the intensity of my lessons.

I haven't actually recorded anything in awhile, as the hordes of children during winter flu season have been spreading plagues all through the region. On top of that we should be skiing once the initial rush dies down. So I'll probably be recording other games end of January once I've bought more internal storage space on my PC. Until then I may record more phoenix point, CoD, Darktide or even Dwarf Fortress.

I am he who no longer walks the path of man haha, as long as it's an even match up then I'm having fun.

It's a good match when the points are so close, played others where it's totally one sided and not enjoyable at all.

What can I say, I'm a truth sayer haha. Biggest part really is learning the maps, when to move and when to wait.

Already recorded more Team Deathmatch, will try those other modes next time I can record.

Yeah it would, a shame terrible movies and TV series have massive budgets and several good books and games get ignored.

Yeah beautiful mate, and they definitely outdid themselves with the story telling. Like a good TV series, the plot is a bit exaggerated but that's what good story telling is all about. Editing this Veteran campaign is a bit more difficult than multiplayer recordings. Alot of checkpoint respawns have been deleted, as it's just straight up instakills.

@@8darktraveler8 That is why I suggested you northstar at the beginning. You should try different gamemodes like fastball and gun game.

How do I try other north star modes if they’re always completely empty? People only do sticks and stones or attrition

Been a bit busy with family and work, is there a different shooter you'd like to see me try or should I focus on different Northstar modes until you've had enough of me getting slapped down?
