The vintage stuff is the best for sure . real class !
Thanks for watching glad you enjoyed it
Great story behind it too looks lovely. JUst love how it looks.
Just wonder what are the size of the sissy bar and length of the seat ? Awesome bike by the way.
I believe it was a 42” sissybar and standard length seat
@@HansensSpeedShop Thanks thought it was the 42. Was debating how it looks and it is exactly what i want.
Mine had a slick on the back wheel
Cool
The chase ranks in the top 5 car chase scenes, but the top spot belongs to Bullit. Great build!
The way the shot the chase seen in bullit is magic definitely a great chase but in my opinion it’s pretty much the only part of the movie that’s worth watching the rest is pretty boring and I’ve watched the movie multiple times and still feel that way but Steve McQueen was definitely a badass
Looks good need stripe
Like it stated in the video hot wheels exaggerated a lot of the body lines and especially the wheel arches so if I put the stripe on where it’s supposed to be it would literally run across the top of the tires so instead of doing a stripe where half of it would be missing and look terrible I decided to just not put it on I know i was disappointed to but I tried my best
No stripe?
Very Nice Video of some 50’s and 60’s..! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😎👍🏼💯
I have a 71 grand fury . 4 doors 360 mopar . Love it .
Awesome thank you for watching
I think is bad sss
How did you jack the back
The chassis was heavily modified in the rear and a custom rear axle was made and mounted lower than the stock axle sits basically a ton of work
Nice ride i have the samw frame on a shelf begging me to work on it , i have all the parts same wheels as your but i have a HF hemi motor . And to me rhose old B&S motors are fine but to me i never care for the carbs . Im leaning on a gold or copper color frame.
Sounds like a cool project
You no like the x-pipe??
No x pipe I was going more for sound than all out performance since it’s really just a cruiser and I wanted to keep everything in the spirit of the era the car is from and there were no x pipes in the 70s
I had an old timer come in to the Chrysler dealer back in '05 and we happened to get talking about cars and he showed me a picture in his wallet of his '32 Ford roadster from back in the day. It even had a coon tail hanging from the windshield post!
Wanna sell the briggs?
It’s actually currently listed on facebook marketplace I’d take 450 which is almost half of what I have invested much less all my time and labor but no shipping pick up only I’m located in central wi
amazing‼︎
Thanks for checking it out
Just scored a mid 70's Schwinn stingray coaster frame,with a few parts on it,for $10.00.i love,m.❤❤😊.
Awesome
I have the same bike, but in green... and yes, yours is not the original seat and sissy-bar... not sure about that chain-guard either. Maybe it is... mine is longer and sleeker and painted green. You are also missing the front and rear fenders. Thanks for sharing!
I know the seat and sissy bar aren’t original I put them on the chaingaurd is for sure what came on the bike and they definitely offered different models over the years so there is definitely going to be some differences
I wouldn't eliminate the cross-over unless you are racing. You will have bad drivability until you have been driving for quite a while.
I actually am not going to need to because the intake already has it blocked these big engines warm up quickly and it’s pretty much only going to be driven in warm weather I haven’t had a problem with it in the past
OMG THIS CAR IS MAGNIFICENT, GIVE ME A PRICE CHRIS-LOL. I LOVE IT- WHAT A CAR, WHAT A CLASSIC.-THANKS FOR SHARING-AWESOME VIDEO REVIEW.
Glad you dig it thanks for watching
Chrome reverse rims , piecrust cheater slicks and flathead V8s . Good Times !
All good stuff thanks for watching
Very nice bike.......
Thanks man I still have it I think I’ve got a more recent video on my channel just go under my Harley playlist thanks for watching
You commented on Iman Gadzhi's video 7-8 years ago. Any thoughts on the guy back then & now, etc
Honestly I have no idea I really don’t remember the video you’re talking about
That is the intake that car needs. Saweeet!
Definitely glad you dig it hopefully a update video on the car coming in the future thanks for watching
I owned a twin to this and one rainy night a Jeep ran a stop sign and demolished the whole front end. I never got over it. I still have the grille emblem that was lying on the road that night. Seeing yours makes me wish I never went out that night. So sad.
Man that really blows it sounds like it wasn’t really your fault though just a freak thing I felt the same way with a truck I had in in accident like a few seconds and it never would have happened but that’s just the way the universe works I guess but these really are beautiful cars and I’m glad that in the last 10 years or so people are finally starting to appreciate them more and are saving them instead of just pulling the drive trains and scraping the rest or worse turning them into demo cars glad you dig it and thanks for watching
Very nice!! New subscriber to your channel!! 👍😎
Thanks I really appreciate it
That looks awesome!! You did a fantastic job!! 👍😎
Glad you dig it thanks for watching
When you clean up the castings, that is called deburring. It actually adds strength - the parting lines you are smoothing are stress risers.
Yes that’s exactly why I was doing that I don’t remember if I explained why in the video thanks for watching
Beautiful job. Love the motor work and paint.
Thanks man I really appreciate it
Old school is the best. Look at February 1963 Hot Rod Magazine the Ray Dresseselhaus 1932 Ford sedan....the epitomy of the early 60's look. White top, running boards, spare tire cover and white walls
Awesome I’ll check that out thanks for watching
should have just went with a stock flathead . Ohv just look horrible
It definitely doesn’t look as cool as the flathead would have but it’s no terrible I just wanted to ride the thing I was just over trying to make old junk work at the time and at the end of the day the thing rips and is scary fun and that’s all I really wanted with this mini I have others that are more of a show bike this one was supposed to be something to beat on and have fun
Montgomery wards I had 2we had 10 total
WHO manufactured these
The main bike in the thumbnail is a sears spyder very similar to Hiawatha bikes so I’m sure they are most likely the same
Yeah. An old New Yorker shouldn't be loud. Just that nice, muted growl. Beautiful car.
Thanks for watching I really appreciate it glad you dig it
Sweetness!
Hey Dude, that is exactly what we are here for/ like to see: how did you channel it?????
I had already done a hot wheels 32 “deuces Wilde”with a heavy channel and on that build I explained how I basically achieved the look and didn’t feel the need to make this video longer than it already was
Dont you just love those wide slot mags?
Yes totally
that's not a raptor its a I/C block wick is actually better but the raptor don't have the hole for governor. The raptor only have one cam bearing.
Thanks man this engine is actually currently for sale it 99 percent finished but just don’t have a need for it and I’m trying to free up cash
@@HansensSpeedShop how much ?
I had around 700 into it by the time it was all said and done but I have it listed in marketplace right now I think for like $510 and I’d probably do a little better if someone was really serious but I don’t do shipping so it would have to be picked up and cash only I’m located in marshfield wi so I’m not sure if it’s something that you would be interested in I think I show more of the engine in some of the videos on a cat mini bike that the engine was going into I painted it gold with and polished the head with a black header looks pretty cool
Cool looking bike I built one identical to yours same color except I put the 36 inch sissy bar Annie Chrome headlights can a sissy bar. My friends had one when I was a kid and I never got one I've always wanted one I have three of them now I'll restore it
you are speaking straight facts! soon im going to my cousins in america and i need a bike all the other bikes are for 200$ 400$ and the girls bikes are for 100$
This show kicks ass - SOLID MUSIC LINEUP
That's a beauty! Love those 2 door Chrysler C body cars. They were so sleek with the bumpers tucked flush with the body.
Thanks for watching I really appreciate it
Super cool😊
NICE Ride, Man.... I'm looking at Building or Buying One, for Adults...I'm 56....and I want to Sport mine all over Town, and down @ the. Alabama. Coast... .
Awesome man thanks for watching
That green one is awesome. The fork looks bent on the right pipe though...
The fork isn’t in perfect condition buts it’s definitely not bent
How much is a bike like that worth ? I have one just like it and thinking about selling it
It really all depends on the condition also were you plan to sell it will dictate what you realistically could get along with demand and there’s still not a huge demand for girls bike but I would say mine for example at least 150-200
Super cool x3 i have the same model with the original cluch cover a shoe style brakes the sissy bar make these bikes look super cool
I have 2 cats now they just have good lines too the frame and look cool stock or custom thanks for watching
Cool cat let's see it running
Hopefully this summer I can get a long overdue video of that up thanks for watching
What header is that
I couldn’t tell you who made it I just remember I got it on eBay and thought it looked like it would fit it need a dent put in to clear the rear frame down tube otherwise it worked out great I would just type in predator 212 header and start searching
@@HansensSpeedShop I was gana stick a pipe and rags down it and tweak it to fit to fit my cat
Awsome looking bike man i have the exact same one haven't seen another one like it b4
Thanks man I really appreciate it definitely not to common anymore
