NOT how I would have built this, Your CPU needs to have that damn mouse trap removed and replaced with a contact frame. The 850x needs to be placed in the 4.0 slot, not the 5.0 slot. Your A.I.O needs to be reversed so that the hose is towards the back, not so in your face and stretched out as you have it mounted. I would have gone with a 1,000 PSU - 850 would have been grrreat for a x570 build !

I bought a ViewSonic VX2728J 2K monitor recently. It's a 27-inch QHD monitor with a refresh rate of 180Hz. Since I don't have a DisplayPort, I connected it using an HDMI cable and checked the settings for the refresh rate. As expected, I got 144Hz. However, that's not the issue. After using it for a while, I noticed that the FPS was too low and inconsistent. I tested it using a scrolling text FPS test and found that the refresh rate fluctuated around 100Hz without stability. Even though the settings show 144Hz, the performance is not smooth and is quite unpleasant. My old monitors work fine, so I don't think the issue is with my PC. And I would like to clarify that these issues occur EVEN when NOT GAMING I pay close attention to device details, and I feel very dizzy when looking the scrolling of the text on this monitor due to the lack of sufficient FPS. Please help me fix this issue.
