Great seeing you Denise, and love getting this info. I think our neighborhood in Cibolo Canyons is still selling incredibly hot, but we're a very small section with no lots left to build in. The wife and I aren't looking to sell quite yet, as she just took a new job in the local school district. We do like keeping an eye out, though, and will always entertain the right offer.
