How you trust him the rest of food is Halal....If some one selling alcohol and claiming he is selling Halal ( Zabiha) food dont trust him....If owner is belong to the " Ismail's " community or Agakhani then don't trust on him too..Because Ismail's have no concept of Zabiha...Make sure they are using hand cut Zabiha .
