There was so much damage that needed repaired I didn’t have a choice unless I replaced all of the veneer. I try to leave as much as I can natural wood with stain but most of the pieces that are given to me or I buy are literally on their last leg and I’m doing what I can to give it new life and save it from the trash. I agree with your statement though. 😊 I’m glad you liked what I did with this piece. ❤️

We have a Amazon return store here locally. They buy huge pallets full of Amazon returns, they are closed on Thursdays to restock and open every Friday with new items and everything is $12, Saturday $10, Sunday $8, Monday $6, Tuesday $4 and Wednesday $2, every so often they run a $1 sale on Wednesdays. I just happened to get lucky that day! 😁

Those are my favorite things too! As for Milo lol he had to go to his playpen for the rest of the duration of filming. He’s getting groomed here soon. We’ve still had some chilly nights and mornings so I’m keeping him shaggy a little longer! Lol 😂

I’m so sorry to hear about your friends husband. I know sometimes it’s so hard to just give it to God and trust in His plan. I’ll pray for peace and comfort for her to get through this time. Grieving doesn’t have a time frame, I think we never fully stop grieving the loss of a loved one but we find strength in God! ❤️

Mavis, I would imagine most big cities have them or smaller cities on the outskirts of big city’s. Ours is not in the city. It’s in a small town on the outskirts. They are definitely fun to go to. I’m on my way there now. L O L. It’s not two dollar day, but you just never know!

I wasn’t cutting in this video but I do cut on it. I bought this board to craft on to protect my table. I got a great deal on this at Tuesday Mornings, I paid $16.99. The paint washed off. I do care about my stuff but I care more about my table underneath.

I actually didn’t do anything to the frame, I thought it was beautiful just how it was. I talk more about it in my next video I’ll be posting in a few days. 😊

You know that’s so funny you mention that about the wood because I know that but yet I still did it! 😂 I didn’t even realize I did that. About cutting the fur, my mother is a seamstress and she taught me how to cut the fur so I just did what I knew but thank you for the tips! I’ve never worked with a spray adhesive, I need to try that! ❤️
