You could talk about the foreshadowing of the old Thane of Cawdor becoming a traitor (and then the new one too!) "That most disloyal traitor the Thane of Cawdor" 1.2 Lady Macbeth says "Which fate an metaphysical aid shall have thee crowned withal" when talking about the witches in 1.5 Best one though- Macbeth talking about his lack of an heir 3.1 "Upon my head they placed a fruitless crown and put a barren sceptre in my gripe, thus to be wrenched by an unlineal hand, no son of mine succeeding". Some quite juicy stuff in their to analyse. And some good contextual points about men wanting male heirs.
