Cressi AC 2 disassembly & reassembly
Просмотров 1,9 тыс.2 года назад
Cressi AC2 first stage disassembly and reassembly without any “special” tools (except third hand). Cressi first stage repair, service, maintenance. I tried to make sure everything was seen on camera. Didn’t use any of the “special” tools including a torque wrench. Did not replace any orings or anything as this will just be used for spare parts or a tire inflator.
ScubaPro MK25 Piston Damage
Просмотров 2,4 тыс.3 года назад
Serviced an older MK25....the IP kept creeping very slowly. Changed the HP seat, inspected piston, changed the HP seat again....made a closer inspection of the piston. Very small damage to the piston which I needed a magnifying glass to discover. Couldn't feel the damage with my finger.

Dräger Nemo 2nd Stage teardown
Просмотров 1113 года назад
Came across this UWATEC Dräger Nemo regulator. I have never seen one before. It was free flowing a little. Was able to "fix" the free flow by replacing a plastic gasket with a similar sized O Ring.
TUSA Power Inflator cleaning
Просмотров 1,9 тыс.3 года назад
This power inflator was leaking (adding air to BCD). Most power inflators have a Schrader valve which you can easily replace. This model does not. Full disassembly, cleaning and reassembly. I didn't have replacement Orings or any kit, so originals were put back if undamaged. Usually there is some debris or corrosion build up, which causes the leak.

ScubaPro MK25 dissasembly
Просмотров 21 тыс.3 года назад
ScubaPro MK25 (Older version) teardown. Was planning on showing video of putting it back together, but had some technical difficulties. No music or edits at all really, unless I was interrupted and needed to edit it out.

0:30 What is the size of the die you use? and what is the measurement of the extension? Im from Chile and im trying to do the service for my regulator
Call me difficult, but I expect way more from a full service. Yes, O-rings, filter and washers have been changed, but not one single item has been cleaned......
It's not professional at all. Why don't you use Talkrents
my major concern is lubrication.
Where can we get the kit for this? Unobtainium
Please please please divers, don't ever take your life support equipment to a hack like this for servicing; as soon as I saw the stainless steel dental pick I knew it was all downhill!
And how can a client differentiate which service techs are good or not?
@@MegaEpicLlama It's tough for dive non-professionals to know.
@@jonnieinbangkok what other stuff did you notice in this video that wasn't great?
Excellent video! Can you link the tools you are using?
I wish you could do a video of the newer drager haha. I got it halfway down but I can't figure out how to get medium pressure hose off
That one was in rough shape
lot of grease, too much
What is about the yellow Button. Isn‘t the any o-Ring?
อยากดูของmk10มีไหมคับถอดมาประกอบคืนลมออกหัวคับ
Im sorry but 40% of what is done is outside the screen😢
Tell me please, should we use some pasta, during service? Exactly when we put new o-rings. Should we use some silicone for connections?
I do hope that not every "technician" clamp my $1000+ first stage with those pliers...
Not helpful
To je návod pro garážové kutily jak si rozebrat automatiku Scubapro a složit s okroužky do vodovodu? Jsi normální tohle ukazovat veřejnosti. Měli by ti vzít licenci servisního technika!!!
Thank you! 😊😊
Great video, thanks for sharing. Where do you get the service kit, and parts for the mk25?
Thanks for nothing
What are the tools being used for this regulator?
do you know where i can get the kit in usa
SLOW THE ____ DOWN !!! I do appreciate you doing the video on this regulator, but when you take the parts off camera, and 2x the speed, I didn't get much out of it. Something is better than nothing. Anyway, I'm not trying to be rude, I was hoping this video would be more of a tutorial, and not a turn and burn on a customers service to make your money. Anyway, thank you for posting.
Hi, i have a question, how to open ACD Din regulator Agualung legend got stuck.. Because i want to clean only the ACD Din aqualung legend but can not open, it gets stuck when i unscrew it
hey, thanks for this video. do you have the manual (PDF)? can you please share? thank a lot again.
Thank you very much for this video 🙏 I repaired the regulator myself thanks brother 🤙😎🤙
you are amazing !
Did you clean the parts? And: Since no Torque Wrench was used, this Service wasn't in accordance with the Scubapro standards.
Yes, I cleaned the parts. Correct, this service wasn’t in accordance with ScubaPro standards. Since this is my personal reg and not registered in parts for life program, I don’t need to use a torque wrench if I chose not too.
What are you doing off screen??? Washing parts in a solution. Appreciate some additional info
Washing parts in ultrasonic cleaner with a diluted acid/water solution.
Hey man! Would you mind sending me the names of the tools you are using? I am italian and in need to purchase them in abroad. Many many thanks
Is that your regulator? Only asking because my OCD sets off when i see adjustable wrenches used on fine pieces of hardware🤦😂. Ill go ahead and mind my business now🤣.
Don’t worry, that 20 yr old fine piece of hardware seat retainer was not harmed…and even if it was, it’s got a little cap to hide it. 😎
Whats the multi tool spanner that you use to seperate the two blocks?
Adjustable C Spanner
What's in the syringe? Silicone grease?
Christolube….very expensive grease
@@allthingsscuba7066 thanks. Can I use silicon grease?
@@andypag1071 As far as I know, only Cristolube MCG 111 is suitable and allowed.
You can, although it won’t hold up as long as Christolube.
Yup…will have to watch over your shoulder for the lube police!
Instructional videos need some instruction, not just a blow-through of the visual takedown. 🤷🏻♂️
Who said it was an instructional video? 😎
Very usefull information.
Was it over tighten ?
I hope not! Waiting on a new torque wrench.
whats the brand for the tool that fits hp and lp holes? and if you know where can it be purchased? thanks in advance
Mine is Peterbuilt, but you can get many different brands. Amazon has one for $20.
I wish more of the video was you actually servicing the regulator. Most of what you're doing is off-screen, while the video shows you mostly picking up and setting things down. Too bad, really. It had great potential.
I’ll try and remedy that. Sorry good sir.
@@allthingsscuba7066 Thank you! I look forward to seeing that!
Спасибо, помогло.
excellent, thanks for sharing
What size socket is that @ 1:10?
It is a specialized socket from ScubaPro…for a lot of money. Mine is a 1” with the walls ground down so if will fit inside the yoke.
@@allthingsscuba7066how do I get one.
what a load of crap, try slowing down and showing what you are doing.
Hi, great video thanks. What kind of tool was that?
It is actually a watch back case opener, but I use it for many things with regs
@@allthingsscuba7066 do you mind posting a link to such a tool?
Hola que líquido usa para limpiar
Lawrence Factor
CANNOT SEE THE PARTS AND WHERE THEY GO.
What did you clean them in?
UltraSonic
is it possible to get the service Manuel for scubapro regulators ?,maybe per mail
Can find them multiple places online for free download
Where Can i find the tools ?
Depends on which tools. Most of the tools I use are common tools….some have been customized….and other are specific to which brand regulator
Talk to your video, explain what you are doing
I’ll give it a go
