    What would you recommend putting on the copper to keep it food safe and looking shiny? I'm thinking bees wax for both copper and steel.

    I was so happy to see, that he did not cut out, but instead used the extra material as protection for the shaft. Next thing I look forward to see, is the creation of a fold-over axe blade, instead of hammering through for the shaft !??
