All are theives in iservice kormangla service center.. They dont use original parts... They use duplicate parts which are very cheap.. I

.I had visited I service kormangla branch. Pathetic and worst experience ever in my customer service history. This is 1st time, I am writing this review so that others can save their hard earn money. I replaced my MI4I device touch screen and after one week, device sensors stopped working and I was not able to end calls and not able to hear any audio files. I visited again then they confirmed that it is their engineer’s mistake and they cant fix it now. I paid Rs.3800 for the service and they said that they may return Rs.3100 only if their management will be ready. I was not OK but I had no choice left. I waited over one week for their call for device pick up but no body came up. within this 1 week, touch screen also stopped working and then I rang them for pick up. This time, one guy named Harish came and he collected the device. He found one minor scratch in the screen corner so he took pic for that. I informed him that this screen already came out 3 to 4 times for repair and this was done by their engineers. The same day evening, service center called me and they said that due to that screen side minor damage, touch screen is not working so they can support. I really couldn’t believe them as these all were their fault but they didn’t accept it. Even I was not aggressive on them and then also they behaved like this and just for Rs 3100(even I didn’t ask them money refund as I wanted to fix the mobile issue). in my life time this was the worst service I got from I service. I heard that this is a start up company So If in their start up they are like this so what will happen next. God Save all from I service. I highly recommend that don’t go for service with I service Bangalore and if you are going with no choice then please keep that the disclaimer clear with proof because any time they can turn back and cheat you for saving their cost. I got 6 months warranty for the service but this was the case in 1st week So god knows what’s the warranty for? As it is a small company so they don’t have any escalation matrix or procedures or any customer satisfaction Policy. Please beware of them .
