At 9:28, Chrybaby Cozie and Mr. RUclips would say that that's the Evil Knievel. Also, as for the guy's demonstration of the lock-in. I think he's already doing the original form of the Rev Up, the side-to-side. The lock-in traditionally is more explosive than that and is usually the finisher of a string of dance moves (or what prominent litefeeters say "the period of the sentence"). I understand the situation here, though, coz this video is already somehow outdated and is some years ago now.
