I can't believe how IRRESPONSIBLE some of these idiot parents are by not making their kids wear Helmets. Looks like the ppl running the event would take safety serious but instead they're letting young kid's ride without Helmets. anyone with half of a brain cell can see its just a matter of time before a kid gets seriously injured or worse
