28:47 can anyone explain why the priest is DI'd here and then told to stay in it and not to cancel aura? i really cant figure out why they sacrificed 2 healers here. i mean, it obviously worked, i just dont get it.
they don't want a healer to get pulled into the stomach since they wont be able to kill the tentacles inside. having the paladins dead and the priests DI'd/petri'd then only the dps can get pulled in which means the tentacles inside go down faster and they hit weaken phase sooner

Yeah the clip is 100% sped up.... Every experienced WoW player can clearly tell the animations are going to fast...
And your point is? Are you trying to dispute the time or something? You realise the time is the official one taken from warcraftlogs, where every speedrunning guild gets their time right? It's likely sped up in some places because it's multi PoV and they had to adjust the videos throughout to make it fit with the actual clear time.
Why does it look like the gameplay is sped up a little bit? :P The character animations are oddly fast
nothing is speeded up, the time is real. U can even check it on warcraft logs

Overuse of editing. Would have been much better with just 1 POV in real time with no music and just discord.

Having sections of your screen devoted to different purposes lets your movement-based peripheral vision spot important changes in the UI while having your direct vision focus on details. Yes it results in more eye movement, but it also results in better information overall. While it is easier for some to have all their things in 1 section of the screen, it's not necessarily better.
Lol now try doing this when 1/2 your raid are not fury warriors...smh Oh and no world buffs
That's how speedruns work. Why would they try it without warriors and buffs when they are the best for these type of runs?
the run amazing the editing good the music meh ^^ gotta do some epic stuff with some build ups and stuff (like the 1st song) dont slam completly different vibes at my ears while i watch such a great run no offence ;)

Did you guys go into Org for Warchief's Blessing? Or is that a different buff?
All of m get mind controlled by a horde priest to get the buff.
@@paddywack88 thats not needed, to be MC'ed you can be in the crossroads and recieve the buff as far as i know.

It took my guild a few ID´s to clear this place, mostly because one of our main WL is a lovely women with no prior MMO experience before classic and we struggled on the twins. But we are a casual guild and it was fun to finally have some progress raiding in classic, even if it was only 2-3 weeks (2 for cthun, 3 for visci). This makes it only stick out more how different these fights look when you have the dps and coordination that you guys have. Really impressive run and congratz on the WR.
Struggling for a bit, then beating the tough ones like Rag, Vael, Chro, Emps, Cthun was what made Vanilla fun....

i mean it's hella impressive ngl, never would have dreamed shit like this would be possible back in the day when aq40 was opened for the first time but it really does seem that given enough time people will minmax so hard that they basically optimized the fun out of the game.
To each their own some people find playing this way fun, that’s the beauty of classic is you got guilds that are casuall and experience these raids as normal then you got other guilds who’s goal is to be as competitive as possible and they find fun in doing that. Not trying to throw hate just don’t like when people say players like these guys are optimizing the fun out of the game.🙂

@@dagowow Maybe it's a joke. I'm still parsing well. Parses are a joke if you ask tbh. I don't take them serisouly. I just happen to be in a good guild and being good myself. Oopsie ! 90 % of our players pumping are simply good parsers. It's how it goes. You don't parse poorly when you are clearing stuff with little to no wipes. Based of what do you think they are a joke ? Because you can't parse well ?

It literally took one person to figure out how to do most of the bosses in the current tier of retail raiding solo. Just pick a class for classic and solo most of AQ, I´m waiting.
