No no 4 Ton and wasn’t reliable for my Van caravan it took me 15 minutes lifting up and didn’t do the job I returned to Canadian tire Same day

Worst visual (or lack thereof) manual provided with the jack. It tells you to check or top off oil but doesn't show where to check

See now I have the one in the beginning of the video but it will NOT lower slowly I mean it will not allow me lower it slowly at all and I've found zero videos on this matter or how to fix the issue.

I just tested this exact same 12-ton jack last night. Worked like a charm. Love the smooth welded finish all around! I presume the Red design is essentially the same as this Black one by Torin.

Just tired of these manufacturers that don't have the customers' end use explanation in mind. There's a port beside the release valve, and there's absolutely no information on it in the manual, nor even a video on it on the manufacturer's website. It's just there and what are we supposed to do with it? Should we just guess its function??? BE CONSIDERATE when putting out manuals or instructions. Customers shouldn't have to be wasting time researching that . What does it cost you to include that info in the manual??? FRUSTRATING!

I am fucking retarded and this didn't help me at all. I see what you're doing, I just don't understand how or why. I have a deficiency in spacial/mechanical related things and not explaining what is happening in each step leaves me exactly where I started. Clueless and confused.

This literally does not work. It doesn't raise or lower, it's locked into place completely regardless of what I do with the valve or the handle it will not move at all

Does anyone else notice how this is different from most of the companies that sell the items they present on here in a video and have a link to buy their products? This company does not have a link so I can only assume that they have no confidence in this cheaply made item.

Judging from some of the comments I am reading, not too many people are mechanically inclined. For these people, I would strongly recommend not attempting to use anything like a jack or a jack stand. These are the people who have rare freak accidents and harm themselves plus their vehicles. I did notice one person saying to use the tire, but this is also not a good idea in the event that the jack stand or jack fails and the vehicle drops down quickly, the tire will do nothing to keep the vehicle up or to prevent anyone underneath from getting smashed. It does not take a rocket scientist to operate a jack or jack stands and if you have any reservations about them then you have just answered your own question if yu should attempt to use them or not.
