I’m sorry but everything from the rocket to the orbits to the entry profile was extremely inefficient. A rocket that size should be able to make it to Jupiter and back. If you have 3 cores that are partially fueled transfer all the fuel to the center core and jettison the outer two this will drastically reduce fuel consumption by getting rid of mass. Also don’t use the same engine on every stage. There are far more efficient and lighter engines but they produce lower thrust. That means they aren’t good for liftoff but are excellent one in orbit. Don’t descend straight down onto a planet. This maximizes losses due to gravity and reduces the energy you should shed through the atmosphere. Put yourself into a circular low orbit and drop one side into the planet atmosphere. The atmosphere will slow you down some more for free. Add parachutes landing on mars and earth. And when leaving earth go into a very low circular orbit. Then when you do a transfer burn it won’t cost nearly as much fuel.
