All I know is AEW isn’t giving me a reason to watch like WWE is. Ima be real I just don’t care about what they got going on. I don’t wanna watch Eddie Kingston and Samoa Joe old fat ass
I feel a big part of why AEW signed these big name free agents and former WWE people is because 1) They have major experience 2) People are familiar with them. It got a lot more popular because of that fact, that’s why it got a lot more popular around 2021-2022. We are starting to see a lot more AEW grown talents come into play. Hook, Julia Hart, Willow N, Thunder Rosa, Eddie Kingston, Daniel Garcia, The Gunns. You see a lot more Younger Talent in WWE because they have a better developmental system. You have got to remember a lot of talent that WWE has, they have been in the company longer than AEW’s existence. The fact they can put on a banger matches on weekly tv is a good thing. We aren’t used to seeing that on WWE so it’s viewed as a negative rather than a positive.
I feel AEW might need to do more marketing on who the wrestlers are, on their socials. I somewhat agree with that. But if you are interested in the product, put on good matches etc. it’s not gonna take very long to look up who these people are.
Let’s take Will Ospreay for example. Since his arrival he has put on weekly promos on dynamite. Okada, has been featured with the bucks on numerous occasions. And Mone, who has been already been set on a feud with Willow Nightingale. The way they handled Sting’s retirement and the story behind that was great. Swerve/ Hangman/ Joe was a great feud. Copeland/ Christian.
At the end of the day, all valid criticisms. But let AEW flourish instead of saying it’s dying because it’s far from doing that

Yes. TK needs to be a boss and not a friend. He needs to book based on smart business descions not because his friends want to play make believe with each other. If AEW took itself seriously and TK took it seriously it could be great.as of right now, its a big frat party and they put on the shows they want to see
I mean he can do that. Keeps moral up. He just needs more management to help him make more quality booking decisions.
For them that understand no explanation is needed for them that don't no explanation will do. Aew fans love the product and don't want anything to change, while fewer and fewer people tune in each week. You don't have to tell stories, you don't have to build characters, you don't even have to make money if you have a billionaire willing to not make money. But it won't touch mainstream, crowds will get smaller and smaller and adding more and more talent won't do anything if the average person doesn't care
