Dude that jet is way to lean for a Athena vertical 70cc minarelli you need to start closer to 260-280 for your main jet you're going to fry your engine way to lean I have many minarellis and your engine is gonna Rev like crazy way to lean for your main jet bro
I did everything right little under one millimeter squish balanced crank sfk bearings glued my seals in pop got the v m 20 carb with a bad ass pipe from gomax
@@Putamotoronit1971 that's where I got my mz65 expansion chamber pipe from Gomax and the vm20 carburetor I just had to move my clip up 1 notch and it rips I hope yours goes that easy
Do you have both the front and rear brakes tied into the one lever? I figured something like that had to exist but always forgot to Google it...where did you get yours?

Looks awesome brother I don't know how you put your crank bearings in but if you put your bearings in the freezer and turn oven on 375 when done preheating put case halves in oven for 25 minutes when done grab bearing quickly and put it on the case half it will fall right in same with clutch bearings op1zill gave me the tip on putting it in the oven great idea

It runs strong and sounds strong
They say if you take off the small tub on the carb a cap off the two small valve that you will more power and go up hill better
