Acupressure for Migraine Pain Relief
Such as how many vaccines they poisoned ur child with!!
I wanna say that many times what people think is back pain is actually pain irradiating from inflammated colon to the back.
The information presented on this channel is truly unique packed with lots of experience, But in order to get it discovered by people there are some things which could be improved from youtube perspective like SEO titles are not discoverable, thumbnails are not tempting enough and no videos are showing up of "Hill" in suggested video. and being an editor video production could be improved as well, if in anyways you are prioritising this direction, then i will be happy to help)
I'm 22 years old and 1 year free from a 6 year habit. I want to help others quit, what's the best way I can help?
HELLLLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!
@@1kandi_k730 helllppp hoooow? Help me help
I turned 21 a few months ago, and was smoking one to two disposable vapes a week of 5000 puffs. I was also ravaging Marijuana carriages of 3 grams in 1-1.5 week(s). I’ve been clean for 20 days on marijuana; and about 2 weeks nicotine. My heart just feels relatively weak and i want to improve. Is there anything is can even do. What we’re your results or case?
@@guy7310 do cardio. Move your body. Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, swimming, and weightlifting are my favorites. If your heart feels weak, cardiovascular exercise will make it stronger.
@@1kandi_k730 white knuckle that bitch with your nic in your front pocket. Don't throw it away. Every time you have a craving make the choice to quit again. I had to go through that nightmare every 5 minutes for days before it got easier. Then hours, then a couple times a day, now a year and a half later it's like a couple times a week.
It's definitely true. And the inverse is true as well. When I worked in a nursing home, when a resident who's usually active starts to slow down, you know they don't have much time left. The rapid pace at which their body and mind begin to deteriorate due to lack of activity/engagement is shocking.
You don't really have to be active in that way. It's more to do with have activities that keep your body and mind active instead of just sitting around watching movies all day
This is literally a doctor LOL
Most people don't have a way to exercise regularly, in a safe place. I would love to live where it is easy to walk around.
Sure bro
Loma Linda 😂 bro thats next to the meth capital of the inland empire. I do know a lot of elderly people die around there though
Almost 85 to 90% means less than 85% more like closer to 80% factually proven. Why embellish? 80% is already bad enough. I want the known facts, not the possible truth.
