Assalamualaikum Sir Congratulations for PhD With all due respect I also want to follow ur footsteps but still MA English literature as a private candidate .so a lot of guidance required from a professor like you bcz i have passed ppsc lecturer test once and interview with 60 marks only bcz of ur u tube videos but the major goal is still unreached that is to become a lecturer in English in the upcoming chance and then MPhil and PhD. AoA Sir, Which percentage do you recommend a candidate to write down for Bachelors & Masters? OPM or CGPA's Percentage bcz there a lot of difference in merit scale numbers for the two E.g. if s/o has 3.8 or even 3.9 CGPA that person can get full marks on merit scale acc. to CGPA's % which is not the case for OPM
