Put a lil pice of tape on the ribbon that connects to t con board in order to tell which side to do it on unplug one if you see no picture try just unplugging the other side

I can't find the wifi module of my Hisense tv at all, lost my receipt (and i'm quite sure i'm out of warranty anyway), can't access the site repair section since i have my mail registered but don't remember my password and even the damned nickname requested with the email to reset the password (who the hell thought it was a good idea to add the nickname for a password reset!). Lovely situation 😅

Hisense?? More like Nonsense. Had one for a few months kept failing on Amazon prime movies, and sometimes Netflix . Richer Sounds sent an engineer who replaced the main board. Still the same problem. Eventually, they replaced the tv with a Samsung. Problem solved 😌

Typical troubleshooting methods that don't work. I swapped out tcon, power and main boards, didn't help. Factory reset, didn't work, drain power, didnt help. Appears to be possibly cable ribbons or panel itself. Vizio is garbage. I paid $350 for my 50" and can't see the bottom third of my screen. These lines are a common problem that vizio should address. They should replace or refund TVs that are out of warranty cause these are obviously manufacture defects and these TV's cost way too much to throw away $300-$400 every two years
