Great video. I'm getting the mop brush error. Cleaned everything but it stays to the far left and will never move. Nothing is blocking it. I did replace a leaking tube in the dock but I have no idea why the brush won't move, even though I can move it by hand. Any ideas?

I still think that Tall and Grande cups were pretty close, not a big difference. But a Venti cup can definitely contain more coffee.

Actually guys... The cups are in different size, BUT they have the same amount. Which leads the question "How?" Because they have three different size of cups are called "small, medium, big" The amount was actually the same because of the SIZE of the cup Because the explanation is... Smallest cups are the thickess cup. therefore, the biggest cups aren't the biggest actually... They are actually "TALLEST" Cups because they are taller then the two cups. Tips: If the small cups are a bit thicker then the medium cup ,pick small cups...but if opposite, then the medium cup or the bigger one if you want...

I tried it also (tall and grandè sizes). Discovered the same thing: the tall size when full does indeed contain less liquid than the grandè.

Technically if you look at the cups and how full they are. Those are the levels for adding cream. So technically at that point they are the same size cip of coffee. Now add ice to the equation and that’s where you are getting scammed. A venti with ice is about the same amount of liquid as a tall.

I tried to disassemble mine because of a pee accident of my dog but when I tried unscrewing the bottom cover I found that there is a plastic seal over the last screw. I am afraid of loosing guarantee if I tamper that seal. Did you have to break that seal to get to unscrew everything as you show in the video?

You might want to recheck that fill each glass with ice then take the same 12oz it will fill each cup only 12oz 😢

Mate thanks for this, I followed your process as I was getting the Error 10. One thing you missed is that when you're cleaning your filter (as you show on the video) you also have to remove the vacuum pump (round thing) as it ALSO has small filter underneath is which also fills up with dust. I removed it and found a patch of dust covering another filter between the pump and the exhaust port (or whatever it is called). Great video, thanks

this is not necessary if u just want to clear the filter and other basic cleanings. most parts that need to be cleaned are removable without unscrewing. There are more parts that can be removed more than u expected...
