@@rakashinmalinana1771 I use a mouse that has additional buttons. Trust GTX 970. It comes with a software too, where you can set it up according to your needs, but most of the time I do not even use the software. There are other similar mice from other manufacturers which I'm sure are just as good.

@@bgmikaitachi Will try to get some, I generally don't play Pycno, but I have to admit it is one of the best playables for solo players like myself. So I should learn how to play it better.

Don't be so sure. I was deliberately not as cautious as I otherwise would have been. I played Pycno recently and have had the same issue when charging Megs or Sarcos. If the charge wasn't bugged, I would not have made my Meg sleep for instance.

I agree, but on the other hand there is not much to make them playable. They're slow and not particularly agile, without the hunker ability they would be easy prey for almost anything.

They did swap, but not to apexes admittedly. Allo came back as mega at the end. The reason they did not swap right at the beginning was probably because I was on the move and it would take too much time for them to get their Trex or Eo or whatever it was they could have switched to, to come to me. Other reason is simply because they were confident in their ability to take me down. As for the definitions, not everyone shares the same definition of mixpack; for me, it is any pack having more than 1 species in it. I understand that the majority of people that play this game think it only refers to herbivores and carnivores playing together, but that is a weak argument, since functionally - there is no difference. If you have a flier like Hatz, an apex like Trex, a fast dinosaur like Alio, and some semiaquatic like mega, you have pretty much covered all possible counters to your group, that is - you are min-maxing and totally disregarding any coherency of a dinosaur game. I don't care if such a group has no herbivore, it all ends up being functionally equal, and equally annoying and "unfair" (understanding, of course, that "fairness" isn't even a thing in this type of game). As for megapacks, I define them as the game implicitly defines them - any group larger than the in-game limit for groups (10 slots).

@@dtbrex08 Well, there's plenty of water around so I managed to drink and then hide to heal. I was finishing the game, so I just left it to heal fully for 5 to 10 minutes while I was away from my PC. I was well hidden... From my experience and from what others have told me, only the water meter influences the speed of healing. You can have full food meter or at a very low level, it won't change a thing. Only thirst matters here. As for sucho, that thing takes ages to heal, definitely much slower than Pycno.

Perhaps. I may do that, although it means more work for me since I play on PC and for shorts I need to edit videos (phone-format). Thanks for the suggestion.

If your controller is wireless, that will add some lag. Same with anything wireless really.

Coming from someone who mainly plays on pc but has played other similar games on Ps4 and a little PoT on Ps5 and Switch as well, if you mean camera movement, try increasing your sensitivity. Ps5 from my experience is harder to get used to and is by default less sensitive than a pc mouse, so increasing your sensitivity may help more.

@@dtbrex08 I increased the sensitivity to my liking and it's pretty high, I just feel like I have less control on controller than pc

@@mynameisanderson6124 Indeed, I think so too. Especially if you are a solo player. Most people think small, fast, agile dinos are best for a solo player, but the truth is actually the opposite - apexes are the best.

@@daufthebarber It actually is fun, you just have to get used to it being slower and know that you cannot chase stuff, or know when to withdraw (unless you fight to the death).

And when I play that one I am not as chill, all the more so because I am visiting certain hotspots and tend to kill all, due to people who usually quest being also those that megapack and mixpack. I am somewhat sorry for the disappointment this may be to you ...
