I had the same sled with pro 5 pipes. I built the sled at the polaris dealer I worked at when I was 18.
This one is 40 over making it 616cc it has fairly aggressive porting on the case and jug running higher compression and 4th oil line. Has 42/38 progressive helix. Clutch engagement is 5600.
Pretty sure it’s the same as the Lincoln flux core and the century flux core to (also the husky flux core but that doesn’t mean shit)
What are the runner made out of? Steel? HDPE?

@@dwaynepilgrim7285 I purchased it two years ago. The machine did not have spark, but I had to have it. That’s an interesting story fixed it. There was a quality of workmanship issue. I got 2 miles out of it my fault I thought it was ready to go this year first trip got 2 miles and the engine locked up was probably bad when I bought it. The engine is currently out of it. No compression middle cylinder. I said you know what I mean. Check the bottom I’m at it. Good thing I did because two bad bearings. The engine is currently apart on my bench crankshaft just came in from the crank shop in Vermont cylinders are at power seal getting niki cel doesn’t look like I’m gonna be able to get it together for this year as winter never came it’s been a learning experience for me it’s a nice machine, but turning into a major project and that’s the way it goes

Fantastic around the home/farm for the DIY, it'll do fantastic work if you know what you're doing. Get it in Blue (Can.) or Green (USA) same machines. For newbies it's an awesome unit to learn on, easier learning curve than stick and it's a machine you'll never get rid off because it's so damn useful and convenient.

Hi 👋 did you install that primer was it OEM my 2017 did not come with a primer i’m thinking of installing one as I always have issues starting it with the choke
Not oem was added at the dealer but I replaced the dealer supplied plastic t and hose for good quality hose and brass t . Its a must have for colder areas.

Hey man I want to do the same thing! Love the 670 motor! Did you have to do any fab work at all? If so what did you all have to do. Any info would be greatly appreciated man!
Mine was a 2006 550fan I used the 550 motor plate put a 1 inch spacer between the motor and plate on exhaust side and 1 3/8 spacer on intake side with longer bolts. I removed spacer washers from behind the secondary to let it slide in further on the shaft. I shortened the carb boots and slid the carbs closer to the motor to the point that the carbs are pretty much touching the motor with maybe 1/6 gap. Used a rev 800 y pipe that i modified to change the angle slightly to make it tip up more then I used a rev 600 pipe.
Did you use the 670 cooling system and stock 670 carbs ? Thanks man appreciate you more then you know
I used rev 800 heat exchangers and added a small rad from a dirt bike behind the right side shock tower in front of the can. Hole saw holes in the plastic behind the shock and on the side panal back by my right leg to let the heat out. Put frogskin over the holes.
Was clearing out a badly flooded 2 stroke its an old drill and it was stinking for a while so I assumed it was gonna go up in flames

Same here. I have only 15amp to my garage right now and this same machine using fluxcore I can weld up to 1/4" steel. Got it on sale at Canada tire with the cart for about $300
How’d you go about wiring for the lights? I just got mine…. Same Color too!! I’ve been wanting to put a little bar like yours on
For the back up lights i ran wire from the backup beeper switch on the gear case. For the front light I wired it into the hi beam so it comes on when I put it in hi beam
