TCP - Three-way Handshake in detail with Wireshark Example --

TCP or Transmission Control Protocol establishes the connection using Three-way handshake, in that client initiates the connection by sending SYN which is acknowledged by server, server also sends the SYN for synchronization and an ACK responding to the Client's SYN, altogether known as SYN + ACK segment. The Client then responds back with an ACK to the server. That is why TCP is Connection oriented. Both Client and server needs to talk to each other to get a successful handshake.

C80 vz C86 vz C64 which is best for range?
I hate these modern routers where they restrict the repeater mode (in operation mode) just to promote their stupid easymesh.
My ping never spikes until my mom gets on the tv and watches 4k if I buy this same router at my local Walmart will it fix my problem?
The ping spike and tv at 4k suggests that your bandwidth is low and not router issue. You may need to talk to your service provider and increase the bandwidth accordingly

No it doesn't. In fact there is no port to accommodate the fiber termination. The WAN port on this router is an ethernet port. You can see the vdo where I have shown the rear ports.

Can you please tell us know about the range that it supports
I have kept this router almost 20 feet from where my workplace/Laptop is and I get very good signal, able to take video calls without drops and no lags while playing games. The TV is around 15 feet away and the 5Gz connects really well. Overall I am happy with this router. What is your major requirement?

@@mohammedayan4763 you can see my above comments. However range is a debatable topic in wireless technology. If there are no obstruction or metal barriers near the router, it will cover 2500 sq considering the router is placed in central location.

hey, nice video thx ! i have a question, i can ping from f1/0 ( R1) and f1/0 ( R2) via R1 but when i add a switch and a computer (PC2-vpcs-ip address : 172.16.10.2 gateway : 172.16.10.1 ) in the network 172.16.10.0 from a computer (PC1-vpcs-ip address : 10.10.10.2 gateway : 10.10.10.1 ) in the network 10.10.10.0 the ping doesn't come back, i have a router bitween both configured with OSPF MPLS. What i don't understand is why i can ping from the interface inside the network and not from a computer linked to. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee can you help me ?

I have one issue I simply cannot solve, after having applied the exact same config on my routers, exact schema, 2 routers(R37 as Router1 and COMP2 as R2) and 2 machines at the end, I'm stuck at this stage : R37#ping 20.20.20.2 source gi4/0 Type escape sequence to abort. Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 20.20.20.2, timeout is 2 seconds: Packet sent with a source address of 10.10.10.1 ..... Success rate is 0 percent (0/5) R37#ping 20.20.20.2 Type escape sequence to abort. Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 20.20.20.2, timeout is 2 seconds: !!!!! Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 16/24/40 ms +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ COMP2#ping 20.20.20.1 Type escape sequence to abort.
