    Por fin alguien habla de este problema tan grave en las cocinas, quien no consumimos, aguantamos el estrés que nos genera nuestro trabajo, en mi caso en pastelería y además tenemos que aguantar las agresiones verbales de aquellos que consumen. Este asunto siempre se ha mantenido oculto, un problema bajo cubierta.
