I'm amazed at how much more lush it is compared to Miami which is more tropical.

You're filming this ride during the week @ 1030am which is why there is no traffic. Any other time & day it will take you 2 hrs to drive 2 miles due to traffic WORSE_THAN SO CAL.

What I like about Jax is it feels like being in the deep south without the tropical look .

That's just south of where my brother went to school... Southside Elementary. Not a fan of those rural style lots. Prefer more of a subdivision feel.
