This vehicle has an outstanding recall. check the MOT on all the cars, NS front disc looks to be rusty, but OS front looks clean why is that? when were the belts last changed ? i could ask a lot more questions but you will not get any replies from this company.

I'm still amazed by BMC that no one ever answers any comments made, bit like after you have purchased from them, you get the cold shoulder, and the warranty is not worth anything, NO FL2 is worth that sort of money, remember these cars are now at least 10yrs old this one being 11years, no matter about the mileage, it is most likely clogged up with soot, after being tootled around town. The belts will need doing by now, no mention of them being done, Haldex, PTU, rear diff oil will need doing also, there is no drain plugs fore the rear diff or the front PTU, the Auto gearbox oil is also due by date of age, so allocate another £2000, for the mentioned services to be done, the car is £7000 at the most, bought a car from BMC never again got caught out by these guys.

When you say serviced by you, does that include the, all important Haldex oil and filter, not just changing the oil, rear diff oil, PTU oil, and Auto box oil, because LR say they are sealed for life (NO) it's impossible for any oil to last for life, lots of owners, miss these important oil changes, mainly because there is no drain plugs on the item's above, back discs look like they could do with changing also, is the sunroof leak free after about 8-10yrs which this car is they tend to leak, looks decent but a £3750-£4000 car at the most anyone paying more than that for 14yr old car need there heads looking at.

When you say serviced by you, does that include timing belts, and new water pump, Haldex filter and oil, new not used filters, diff oil, PTU oil, Auto gear box fluid, or are you talking about a minimum engine oil, and air filter, please state your idea of a service by BMC ? car worth about £6500 at the most, any purchaser should be asking these simple questions, weather you get the answers is another question in it's self.

A better option would be a Land Cruiser. That way you don’t have to deal with fluids leaking from every possible opening; a steady stream of parts falling off; weekly trips to the dealer for some silly pointless electric or pneumatic something that failed again and a terribly engineered and built vehicle that isn’t worth fixing by the time it’s five years old.

No mention of rear diff oil, Haldex oil and filter being done, also the PTU, no mention of the belts being done, or the fact it is in the high tax bracket, do you ever reply to to comments or emails seems not, so therefore not a real walk round description of this or any of your cars you sell.

Hi, Just out of curiosity how did you fix the step? I've just bought one with identical step and it's not working, fuse behind seat is OK.. cheers..Tim
