I signed with a realtor 20 days ago...I gave her all correct information but they couldn't copy information...I guess. It has taken this long & still not done, to put No HOA fees on 2 inexpensive lots. One lot of 3 acres at $16,400 & another 1.3 acres for $11,000. The 3 acres lot, they posted a picture of a completely different property ( not mine ) on highway 65. My lot was on the other side of the highway and down a side Rd. Redress lane...it took them 3 days to correct. 8 percent commission & only 2.4 going to the buyer's agent. I offered a $400 bonus to buyers agent that brings in a full price offer in the first month because it didn't seem right to not get the usual 3 percent. I haven't been able to pull up listings easy & need the address to pull up the 1.3 acre. Both are no HOA fees. Finally after going around & around she says she has finally asked the office help to list them as no HOA fees. Hopefully tomorrow it will start to pull up. The first picture she used for the 1.3 lot wasn't from the lot that is for sale.... heavily wooded not brush. She changed that but not changed on all the sites. $500 fee if I cancel the contract. I think both listings should pull up with search Arkansas No HOA fees One acre minimum $16,400... Arkansas is in need of honest realtors who follow through. When I bought this place 2 1/2 years ago listing in black & white ( lies) New HVAC New windows New flooring & Verbally said only one other neighbor in sight...big lie. Apparently I will learn the hard way. Hired a lawyer but she just took my $ more than a year later finally got that back but only because I kept showing up & finally invited TV station to join me. Swindling & greed has no place in business. A good deal is when it is good for both parties.

I have the same tank and it cracked in the same spot. It's a weak point in the design where stress is very high and this repair will just crack again especially if the tank is on uneven ground. When full this thing weighs over 800 pounds!

Wow! The LORD led me right to you, tonight. 7 years ago, we left our 1 acre and run down house on Hwy 65 between Leslie and Clinton to move back to NW Arkansas into my dad's house. Our sister in Christ is doing her best to buy our place in Clinton and homestead it. I'll have to share this video with her. We're now on 2 1/2 acres of rocky hillside, but hope to possibly own more acreage and to homestead. God bless and keep you and shout out to your kids on their endeavors. We raised dachshunds in Clinton and I am hoping to raise Nigerian goats, too.🙏🏼✝️🤗

My solution is permanent. Use the poor Rubbermaid trough as raised bed garden. Replace it with a concrete trough. Problem solved. Rubbermaid is a low quality trough, temporary. We cave concrete troughs 75 years old.

We are staying in a 30ft travel trailer on 11 acres starting the building of our dream little homestead. Thank you for speaking so much truth and leading people to the true way of living. I'm so excited to be on this journey leading our little kiddos and working hard for the things we have and being grateful. Looking to get a dairy cow, chickens, peacocks, and bees. Dreaming big and taking beautiful risks to lead my family to a more wholesome life. This world is full of evil, temptation and non stop consuming and spending to die sick and broke from a bad lifestyle. I am so grateful for the homesteading community people in this area are beyond words of loving and kind. Live the word and steward. I totally suggest moving here buy land you won't regret it.

We went there our first time last winter. Beautiful area. The store sold only USA gifts at good prices and the gentleman that ran it was a wealth of knowledge about the local area and very polite and helpful.

Growing up I had always seen signs for the natural bridge on our way to go camping, but my stepfather never wanted to stop and then as an adult I have just never gone
