Yes my hand is close to be back to 100 perfekt - i have one week left then i Can do weightlift again 🥳🥳 running is going slow i was sick past 3 days but we start again tomorrow on trainning ✌🏻✌🏻

Just normal foods but not too much unhealthy stuff :-)

hello! thank you so much for the video, i'm attending a concert here soon as well. i wanted to ask about the security checks, I read you can't bring water bottles inside, are they thorough and rigid or can you manage to sneak water inside? thank you! i'm worried since i'll be queuing the whole day as I have standing tickets and I'm afraid of feeling sick without water for hours
You Can drink it outside bur inside you have to buy from Them they Will check :)
