I ship Odazai, and other videos I've found about "What this ship says about you" either don't mention it or say they wouldn't like whoever ships it and to go away- So I'm just really really really happy you said something funny! I don't think I've ever read The Song of Achilles but I'll take your recommendation and someday read it to see if it becomes my favorite book. And yes, Beast is my favorite light novel, LOL. I LOVE IDIA X SILVER- The vignette interaction, then Glorious Masquerade where Idia's vignette is just about him and Silver encouraging him, the way Silver gets angry at Idia for talking badly about himself, caring for Idia and protecting him, he rlly is Idia's prince😭😭and also the fact they compliment each other sm, they have the perfect dynamic.

I'm really happy that someone mentioned Floyd x Kalim and Jade x Kalim ships. Those are two of my favorite ships, especially Floyd x Kalim. Those ships need more love ❤ I feel the same about Vil x Epel. Vil gives me too much of mom vibes towards Epel, and I actually prefer them as parent-child duo rather than romantic couple, even though like you said, there are no taboos being broken. I feel weirded out immediately at the mention of Jade x Floyd, Idia x Ortho, Silver x Lilia, and Leona x Cheka ships. I used to ship Hikaru x Kaoru from Ouran High School Host Club years ago (because I didn't know better), but because my taste has changed and I know a lot more and better than me back then, seeing Hikaru x Kaoru ship right now makes me uncomfortable and fill me with regret. Hence why I can't stand Jade x Floyd despite I used to ship Hikaru x Kaoru. The other ships just straight out make me uncomfortable and weird, especially Leona x Cheka considering Cheka is a LITERAL CHILD. Ugh, it makes me remember Leona x Cheka fanarts that I accidentally found on Pixiv when I was actually searching for Leona x Ruggie fanarts 🤮

Judging from some of my ships, I think I always unconsciously ship dorm leader with their vice leader (except Leona and Ruggie, because Ruggie is not vice leader, but he's the closest thing to vice leader for Savannaclaw and I still ship him with Leona). The only exception are Kalim and Idia, because I ship Kalim with Floyd instead of Jamil, and I don't ship Idia with anyone. For the freshmen, I only ship Deuce x Ace and Jack x Epel. I don't ship Yuu, Grim, Ortho, and Sebek with anyone. Other student characters that I don't ship with anyone are Cater, Jamil, Silver, and all the RSA students. And I don't ship the adults with anyone.
