I did find with mine it would not turn on at all, but this video made me think about what could be wrong, so I opened mine up and found the pacman looking wheel on the stand inside, is supposed to make make contact on the motherboard. when the stand is covering the lens, the mouth of pacman unjumpers the connection and that is how it shuts off when covering the lens. I soldered the connection so it thinks its open (not covering lens all the time) and now it stays on past the input selector screen. At some point, I think my son tipped over the projector that was on a tripod and breaking the piece that makes contact. Hope this helps people that have a projector that is out of warranty and want to still be able to use it.
mine does not turn on anymore! I even tried to open it but the screws are so tight they do not move at all! it is such a waste, I used to like it A LOT
hi there its the same thing happened to my m1. it worked like that for 40 days and totally turned off. no charging indicator, no power on. as it is total lock down i cant go after service center too. even cant able to find any disassembly videos...
@@BANUSO hi, I opened it up and checked all the power rails everything fine. I found the problem. It's the firmware but can't able to find it's BIN file to flash the chip. On manufacture site it's software file is available which is 300mb. Which is not useful. Except ur projector switch on... if it switching on... use the file with USB. IT MAY HELP.
Chris Walker Hi Chris! Well, I filmed theses videos in order to provide them to viewsonic’s customer support... they had to repair the device twice already. I just got it back, I’ll let you know... but we are definitely not the only ones experiencing the same issue...
Hi, yes I found it... it's the firmware. I opened it and checked all power rails. Everything is good. Didn't find it's firmware Bin file on WEB. Note: Not the 300mb file, we need a file like bios on motherboard.
Very frustrating! We charged ours for the 4.5 hours it recommended, turned it on the first time, the screen lit up. We then turned it off and since then weve not been able to get any sort of power out of it - apart from a red/white power light every now and then!
Nálam is ez a probléma . ! Vagy ez nem probléma ?
