We stayed one night at the peaceful Sun Moon Lake in Nantou, Taiwan. We rented bikes for a day and biked around the entire lake. We also woke up at 5am in attempt to catch the sunrise, but it was a little too foggy. Super relaxing trip!
Meals in a Taiwan COVID-19 Quarantine Hotel

Here is a compilation of everything we ate during our mandatory 14 day quarantine in Taipei, Taiwan. We were required to stay in a single hotel room from the night of Oct 4 until the morning of Oct 19. All of the food was delivered to the door for us. It’s super fun to be able to look back on these videos. Hope you guys enjoy! Feel free to let me know if you have any questions :)

Hello! We stayed in Joyfultel in Guishan District. Do you have a visa to go to Taiwan? I’m hoping to go back soon but borders seem to be closed still.
did you order foods or it was all given by hotel?
The hotel provided all 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and occasional afternoon snacks. We ordered delivery for desserts or whatever food we were craving. Feel free to let me know if you have more questions! :)

@@agatuxlv hahaha the hotel actually provided dominos pizza twice! It was nice to have a variety of food. Hope you have an amazing time in Taipei!! Maybe I'll see you around 😆

What a foodie "trip"! I won't mind being in a quarantine w/ such "treats!" lol Kidding aside, thanks for sharing..was it Joyfutel or Joyfultel? May I ask how much daily is the rate for your hotel (and the cheapest possible for a solo traveller)? Are the set complete meals inclusive, or is there an option for example you just want 2 meals in a day? For the delivery, did you call them yourselves or was it arranged as well (w/ extra charge), by the hotel? THX in advanced for the idea.
Could U tell me please, is it ok husband and wife can go through all 15 days of quarantine in one room in a quarantine hotel?

Hello! The meals were picked by the hotel but they did their best to cater to my tastes! Once they noticed I didn't finish a meal and called to see if they could change things.

Ahh this video is helpful! Food is definitely something I look forward to when quarantining. I noticed there are two of you in a hotel room, I thought Taiwan restricted one person per hotel room? (I’m looking to quarantine with my bf)
