After 9 years of research I finally got him. He is an absolute favorite from my collection. The tree doesn't light-up but i honestly don't really care about it. I'm also probably the only french who has this model since they never got sold to France. A huge thanks to the seller for selling me this Santa i've been looking for since it's release. My first traditional hula hoop Santa Claus. For some reason he always gets stuck when I turn the switch on. I just have to help him at the begining to make him move. Otherwise he works great. He has a broken gear in this video. This Santa has an interesting story. As you saw in this video he is broken. But then after I was done recording this video he stoped working and his audio was all distorded and quiet. The candle didn't light up and he didn't move anymore. A very nice piece for the collection. This motionette works very well for it's age. Made by B&D my favourite company from my childhood. The only problem i couldn't fix is the turning base.
