      This is a perfect example of a squat progression once mobility and range of motion have progressed to a point where you're looking for more of a challenge. Enjoy!

    Great explanations on what is going on with these various core exercises! Haven't been doing strength training since I've been prevented from going to the gym during this covid-19 thing.     Do you recommendations on how to use these moves? Like how many sets and how long of sets?

      Typically we recommend starting with 4-6 reps each side and integrating this movement into a workout including 2-4 sets.

    This is a great one, thanks, Thomas. I’m burnt out from my first harder trail-run focused season since moving out to British Columbia from flat Toronto. I’m looking for more varieties of training and am actually accepting off-season for the first time in my life! This exercise is innovative and functional, I’ll use it👌🏻
