O bagre de muteta é um prato tradicional da Angola comi em Luanda feito aqui por Eunice e compreende um ensopado de bagre (Peixe) defumado com bolinhos feitos com farinha de sementes de abóbora trituradas e cozidas no molho come se com fungi de bombo. É uma delícia e apimenta-se com jindungo.

Esse é o video institucional da prefeitura de Paraty tem equipe técnica quilombola o pessoal do SEBRAE de lá. Eu consegui levar esse vídeo pra expor na World Travel Market de Londres em 2019. Foi o vídeo mais bonito e único com a temática de base comunitária. Eles fizeram um trabalho que pra mim sintetiza o que eu entendo por turismo responsável onde os protagonistas, produtores e até consumidores são os principais beneficiados. Infelizmente, na realidade, essa é uma luta constante das comunidades em Paraty que sofrem constantes ameaças do poder público: gentrificação, impactos ambientais, escoamento de divisas geradas pelo turismo, para fora do Brasil, abandono das comunidades locais pelo poder público, exclusão nas posições de poder e decisões.
