I am 29, turning 30 this year! Married but my husband is still finishing his masters to become a therapist so he is not earning. Thankfully his parents are supporting him financially so he wont have school debt. I do have school debt of about 28K. With my salary alone, we are currently at about $97k in net worth. We are very proud of it. We cant wait till we have dual income and hit a higher goal much faster. My goal this year before I turn 30 on November is to get that 97k to 100k, and also pay off my car loan by next year.

My mom says if you’ve got a Nespresso member pass, you get a free coffee every time you go to one of their stores. Don’t know if there’s one in Vancouver, also maybe it’s an urban myth. But maybe you can give it a try.

Maybe there is extra shades, but they don’t really sell them in Vancouver cause it’s a predominantly white / Asian city? Maybe I’m making that up - but that could be the reason. If stuff breaks you out - you can only use it on your hands / cleavage until it’s finished.

My dad is not really bald has a small balding spot only but my mum, aunts and grandma all have this genetical balding two of them use wig on top🥹. Mine is also overall like yours and I also believe its genetic. My iron level is 35 😬. We started eating chicken and red meat recently lets see… I started taking hair supplement vitamins and now started nourkrin women. My dermatologist tokd me that. I bought minoxidil 2% with her suggestion also but didnt use yet. Im using Pytho shampoo and hair conditioner. So the supplement pill and pytho shampoo I think improved my situation with thin hair. I have thicker hair strands now a little bit. Btw I laughed alot at your small err 😂 Would be shit if women lost hair after masturbations 😂

Just recently knew reselling clothes is so difficult and you have to sell them super cheap so yeah buying clothes is less of priority atm. Maybe im good with my clothes for the next 10 years , this year i started a no buy year in july

I no longer buy lunch out and make my own lunches. I also stopped buying trending makeup and multiples of things, and just focusing on that I have. I also stopped dying and highlighting my hair, nails, salon beauty treatments etc.. and just do it myself, and just have my hair cut but not the expensive balayage etc I used to get.. I buy coffee out but limit it to just weekends, and usually it would be siting in and never takeaway.

I would teach my son to create an emergency fund, save at least 10% of his salary, record income and expenses, avoid debt (except mortgage), buy a house to be repaid in 10 years, a car in 1 year, accumulate liquidity for foreseeable expenses (and invest in local currency government bonds), invest in global stock indices for the long term and retirement, and always live below your means. I haven't had to pull any money out, but I recently came to the realization that a lot of my financial anxiety will (hopefully) go away if I have more of a cushion that is easily accessible without touching my long-term investments. I always tend to think of worst case scenarios happening, no matter how unlikely, so I'm trying to be prepared! 😅

i heard it’s not good to cancel your credit cards because if it is an old card and you cancel it, it’ll lower your credit score because of the “age of credit” section. Maybe look into that because maybe just downgrading them to a 0$ annual fee card may be better. Not 100% sure if that’s how it is in canada though
