I'm doing this in an adventure I'm writing right now! My thing is Dwarven wedding traditions--the main whimsical thing is that dwarves hold GRUDGES, and how that ties into everything they do. When two dwarves marry (or a dwarf and a human in my case), they have to research the two clans' histories, taking note of any feuds (be they big battles or petty arguments) that the two families have been involved with. Names and dates are engraved on the inside of wedding rings the couple has to forge themselves, and wedding dowries aren't just "permission to wed", they're full on reparations to end the feud. So when my PCs have to replace a lost wedding ring, they have to recreate all of this to produce a convincing forgery. Turns a trip to a jeweller into a full dungeon delve.

I really love how they made the Moclans. I also really liked the krill, I was always so excited to learn something new about them. And sorta learning about the krill as the fleet learned more about them was a great way to show us, in my opinion.

The funniest part of that game was Mercer won. 🤣

Dude this video was such a fresh breath of air. I absolutely loved Orville and I never considered the idea of drawing that parallel with DND races. I learned so much from your video and I really hope you keep at it! If I had to give some criticism. I'd tighten up the transitions and try to snip out some more dead air. There was a few moment where no one was speaking during a transition and it can be a bit jarring. Starting the voice over just as the transition slide happens might help!
